Professional services are provided by local Home Health Services that   with whom At Home contracts.  Cost for services are provided to the client on a sliding fee scale based on income and assets, allowing those with a lower income to get services into their homes at an affordable cost.  The program pays the difference between contracted price of service and what the clients’s rate is on the fee scale.
